Exchange & Return Policies
Dancewear Hawaii is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- Items must be unused and in salable condition in its original package.
- All returns for credit or refund must be made within 10 days of purchase. Reshipment charge is customer's responsibilities.
- No charge for the defective items.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Please note that our sizing charts are a guideline & do not guarantee fit due to everybody is different.

Shipping to and from Dancewear Hawaii is at the customer's expense. Shipping within USA in "Priority Mail".
